About This Campaign
Every child deserves the opportunity to start the school year with confidence, dignity, and hope. On Sunday, September 6, ASACT will host its Back-to-School Giveaway in Haiti, serving 70 children with school supplies, encouragement, and educational activities.
The program will bring together 70 children, 5 ASACT committee members, and 10 dedicated volunteers for a day focused on education, community, and kindness. From 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, participants will enjoy devotion, breakfast, educational activities, games, leadership activities, lunch, and the distribution of school supply kits.
Each child will receive a complete backpack with school supplies valued at $55, helping them begin the new academic year prepared and confident.
How the $5,000 Will Be Used
Funds raised will support:
- School supply kits for 70 children – $3,850
- Food and refreshments for children, volunteers, and team members – $600
- Educational activities and program materials – $300
- Documentation, transportation, and event support – $250
